Postage & Delivery

We aim to keep our prices as low as possible in regards to shipping and use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class for all our items postage and packaging starts from £2.00 per order or free for any order over £30.00.

All items will be posted with Royal Mail, we post Monday to Friday or you can choose next day delivery at an additional charge.

All personalised items will be dispatched within 5 working days not including weekends or bank holidays, if you do require it sooner please get in touch.

In November and December delivery may take a little longer, so let us know if you need an item for a specific date.

We ship to UK, Europe, Australia, USA & Canada any overseas shipping items will be calculated on check out please allow for dispatch time and delivery time before ordering.

Returns

Please email pearderbyshire@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your product and any problems will be resolved as soon as possible.

Please be aware personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty please ensure all names are spelt correctly at the time of ordering.

Colours may vary on actual products, these can range from screen to screen.
